Creating your Kinesis account

Opening an account with Kinesis — personal or business — takes just a few minutes. All you need to do is complete our 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) verification: for a personal account, that means your ID and proof of address; for a business account, you'll also need to provide your business details.

The Kinesis Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices, giving you full account access from your phone or tablet.

Opening a personal account

Start by clicking Sign Up on the Kinesis site and working through the setup form — our step-by-step guide walks you through it. From there, two things remain:

  1. Click the link in your confirmation email to verify your account.
  2. Complete identity verification through KYC, explained here.

Opening a business account

Setting up a business account is just as straightforward. The same two steps apply:
