Each cryptocurrency on the Kinesis platform runs on its own blockchain network. For ERC-20 tokens, such as ETH, USDT (ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20) and C1USD (ERC-20)*, the Kinesis platform only supports deposits made via the Ethereum network.
Other blockchains that support ERC-20 tokens, such as BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana, are not supported. Deposits sent via these networks will not reach your Kinesis account and may result in the loss of your assets. If our team is able to recover the funds, a recovery fee of 5 KAU applies.
To ensure your deposit is successful and avoid this fee, please only use the Ethereum network when depositing ERC-20 assets to the Kinesis platform.

- USDC via the Stellar network
*Some tokens, such as USDT and USDC, are supported on more than one network. These networks are not interchangeable, so make sure the network you send from matches the one shown on your Kinesis deposit page.
