I haven't received my verification email

Email providers can sometimes flag important emails as spam, so please check your spam folder for your verification email.

With providers such as Gmail, the email may not show up under your ‘primary’ folder, but instead under ‘updates’. 

To ensure all communications are received without any issues, please ensure that you have added info@kinesis.money to your whitelist or to your contact list. This way, the Kinesis email will be recognised as a trusted email by Google.

 

My verification link has expired. How do I request another?

When you sign up, you will receive a verification email with a link that will need to be clicked in order for your account to be activated.

If you have not clicked your activation link in time, you will need to request another. You can do this via the following steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Kinesis account.

Step 2. Navigate to Settings, which is located at the bottom, on the left navigation bar.

Step 3. Select 'Profile'.

Step 4. Click "Resend verification email".

You will then shortly receive another verification email, if this is not activated in time, please repeat the above steps.
