How to create multiple Kinesis business accounts with the Multi-account feature

The process of setting up additional business accounts is almost identical to opening your initial Kinesis account.
The only difference is that you create additional business accounts from within your Individual Kinesis profile, which serves as your primary account.

 Note: that your primary account must be first KYC-verified to open an additional Business profile with the Multi-account feature. Business accounts must be at least email-verified to enable you to switch between your different Kinesis accounts and to view them in your dashboard.

 

Step 1: To create a new business account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of your main dashboard to open the drop-down menu, then select the Account details option.

Step 2: From there, simply click Add + to initiate the process.

 

Step 3: Select the type of account that best suits your needs from the available options (Business, Retirement Fund and Trust Fund).

Note: By clicking next, you agree to provide us with the information we request for the purpose of identity verification and the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime. 

 

Step 4: You will be asked to provide your business name, your business email and select a country you operate your business in.

Note: each of your additional accounts will require a separate email.

 

Congratulations! Your new business account is now open.

 

 

We will send you an email with your account verification link. Go to your inbox and click on it to begin verifying your new account. You can find the list of all required documents in our article, here.

Once you have set up and verified an additional Business account, you can easily switch between multiple accounts, by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
