How can I buy assets directly from the Kinesis platform?
The dedicated instant asset purchase widget enables Kinesis platform users to instantly buy gold, silver and cryptocurrencies with a regular debit or credit card, mobile wallet or any of the regionally available banking options.
Kinesis users can purchase digital assets using over 40 fiat currencies, choosing from a wide range of money transfer methods, including instant ACH and SEPA bank transfers, e-money transfers and digital wallet options.
This widget is accessible via desktop for all fully verified Individual Kinesis account holders, allowing them to buy gold, silver and a wide range of digital assets in minutes, and in just a few steps.
This option doesn’t require you to fund your Kinesis account balance before making an asset purchase, streamlining the process of buying assets with traditional currencies.

Note: Depending on the cryptocurrency policy of their financial institution, users have experienced varying success while purchasing assets with this new functionality. We are providing a solution for our users, however, Kinesis has no control over whether a financial institution, external to Kinesis, allows a user’s digital asset purchase to be processed.
Depending on the country and specific bank selected, the user may need to authorise the transaction within the secure browsing portal or their banking app.
If your financial institution does not approve your purchase, you will be immediately notified, with no charge taken from your account. If this is the case, we recommend you try another debit card, credit card or bank transfer option – or opt for one of our existing deposit options.
Is the purchase feature available for desktop and mobile?
The asset purchase feature is available on the Kinesis desktop platform. Shortly, it will be made available on the Kinesis mobile app.
Is the purchase feature available for Business users?
The asset purchase feature is currently available only for Individual account holders.
Multi-account holders can make their purchases through their primary Individual account and then easily transfer their purchase assets into their Business account at no additional cost.
