What if my transaction fails?

In some cases, the transaction may be declined due to regulation issues with certain banking or card providers that do not support blockchain-based transactions. 

Kinesis cannot process transactions blocked by your banking or card provider.

Please note: Depending on the cryptocurrency policy of their financial institution, users have experienced varying success while purchasing assets with this new functionality. We are providing a solution for our users, however, Kinesis has no control over whether a financial institution, external to Kinesis, allows a user’s digital asset purchase to be processed.

Depending on the country and specific bank selected, the user may need to authorise the transaction within the secure browsing portal or their banking app. 

If your financial institution does not approve your purchase, you will be immediately notified, with no charge taken from your account. If this is the case, we recommend you try another debit card, credit card or bank transfer option – or opt for one of our existing deposit options. 

 

Why isn’t the asset purchase feature working? 

If the asset purchase window is not loading, this may be due to our service provider making technical or security updates, which may temporarily disrupt the service.
