This video covers the different ways to refer someone to Kinesis and grow your referral network, via the Kinesis App.
In your Kinesis App, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select Referral. From here, share your referral link via Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, or QR code, anyone who signs up through your link is added to your network automatically.
If they sign up without your link, share your Kinesis account number (HIN) so they can enter it when prompted during their identity verification (KYC).
Your HIN is your unique Kinesis account number. It starts with KM followed by 8 digits – for example, KM12345678. You’ll find it in your Kinesis account’s Settings.
You can also tap the quick action button and select Send, then choose a currency and amount to send to any email address. If the recipient creates a Kinesis account within one week to claim it, they'll be added to your referral network. If not, the funds are returned with no fee.
