This video covers how to deposit cash into your Kinesis account via the Kinesis App.
Tap the quick action button (the blue circle in the bottom right corner) and select Deposit, then choose your currency.
If a direct pair isn't available, your deposit may convert automatically to USD - check this before proceeding.
Tap Continue to view your deposit details and available banks. Use the copy icon to transfer the account information directly into your banking app.
Before sending, make sure to include the payment reference, which is your Kinesis HIN number — this is how the payments team will allocate the funds to your account.
Your HIN is your unique Kinesis account number. It starts with KM followed by 8 digits – for example, KM12345678. You’ll find it in your Kinesis account’s Settings.
