This video covers how to redeem physical gold or silver through the Kinesis app.
Tap your profile image in the top right corner, go to Settings, and select Redemption. Choose your currency - KAU for gold or KAG for silver - and select your amount. Redemptions are made in increments of 100 KAU or 200 KAG at a time.
Select your preferred hub location and leave any additional notes for the bullion operations team, then tap Submit.
The team will be in touch with your cost breakdown:
0.45% of the total order value, plus a $100 administration fee, plus variable postage and packaging.
Once approved, your order will be placed and your gold or silver will be on its way.
