Metalback hub overview
1. Accessing the Metalback Hub
- On the Kinesis platform, find the Metalback hub in the left-side navigation menu.
- Once you enter the Metalback hub, click ‘Find a store’ to quickly onboard.
2. Setting your location
- Start by selecting your current country of residence to view the most relevant offers in your region.
Don’t worry, you can change your location anytime from the Metalback dashboard.
3. Adjusting preferences
- In the Metalback hub, you can choose your favourite shops across 24 categories.
- Use the search function at the top of the page to find specific brands, filter by categories, or set your desired percentage range for savings.
- Below the search function, check out the latest Hot Offers from your favourite brands in your region.
4. Support and Information
- A ribbon below the search function provides additional support, including purchasing instructions and answers to frequently asked questions.
- This is also where you can change your shopping region if needed.
Purchasing via Metalback
1. Selecting a Brand
- Once you select the brand you wish to purchase from, you will see all the available offers they are currently running, along with the retailer's specific purchase conditions.
- When ready, click ‘Shop Now’ under the brand’s name to be redirected to their website.
Make sure to enable browser Cookies on both Kinesis’ and the retailer's website so that we can track your purchase and automatically calculate your Metalback earnings!
2. Completing Your Purchase
- On the retailer’s website simply shop as you usually do. Metalback’s analytics cookies will track your purchase to ensure you get your earnings.
- After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
3. Receiving Your Gold
- Your Metalback gold will arrive in your Kinesis account within 14 to 150 days, depending on the retailer’s processing time and policies.
