Supported deposit networks on the Kinesis platform

  • Updated

The short video below walks through which networks are supported across the Kinesis system.

The video below shows an earlier version of the Kinesis platform, and our team is working on updating it soon. The platform features, however, remain the same.

If you're moving assets from another exchange or an external wallet, make sure the sending side is set to the same supported network as your Kinesis deposit address. A mismatch can delay the deposit or mean it never arrives.

Supported deposit networks

NetworkSupported tokens
Ethereum (ERC-20)ETH, USDT, USDC
Tron (TRC-20)USDT
Stellar (Stellar)USDC

For USDT and USDC deposits, Tron and Stellar usually have lower network fees than Ethereum.

To avoid additional charges, please only use the above networks when depositing cryptocurrency to Kinesis.

What if I use an unsupported network?

Depositing ERC-20 tokens  from unsupported blockchains, such as BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana, will result in the loss of your assets.

This applies even if the token itself is supported. For example, USDC sent over Polygon won't be credited, even though USDC is supported on Stellar and Ethereum.

If our team can recover your funds, a recovery fee of 5 KAU applies.
